Hi there, I’m Susan Merrell, author, publisher, journalist and blogger coming to you from either France or Australia where, pre-Covid-19 (and post Covid-19, I hope), I used to split my time.
With this blog, I’m finally embracing the virtual for all my writing. It hasn’t been an easy journey, technology and me are unlikely bedfellows, however, I have done my best to make this blog as aesthetically pleasing as possible – with lots of lovely photographs to accompany my writing. If I have not lived up to expectations, I take comfort in the words of French novelist Jean Giraudoux who said:
You will find many things that concern and delight me here (and hopefully you too) and I trust you’ll enjoy reading about them as much as I’ve enjoyed writing of them. Feel free to let me know what you think in the comments below and subscribe to the blog with your email address (on the right of this page). I will email you when a new article is published.
It’s also here that you can purchase a copy of my book ‘Redeeming Moti’ and stay tuned for the new memoir that is due out before Christmas – it’ll be here too.
